Returns Policy

Our promise on unused products.

Our Return Window

We accept returns of unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Because our products are personal-care items, opened, used, or partially used items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

What Can Be Returned

  • Unopened bar soaps in original wrapping
  • Sealed body butters and scrubs (lid sealed, no signs of use)
  • Unopened facial oils, lip balms, and other liquids
  • Sealed sets and gift boxes (with all components present and unopened)

What Cannot Be Returned

  • Any product where the seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened
  • Products that show any sign of use
  • Sale or clearance items (these are final sale)
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Gift cards

How to Return

  1. Email info@shellygloskincare.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for our return authorization email — we'll provide a return address and instructions.
  3. Ship the items back at your own cost (we recommend tracked/insured shipping).
  4. Once we receive and inspect the items, we'll process your refund.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned items. Bank or card processing times may add another 3–10 days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items (see below).

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged product or the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement at our cost — no questions asked.

Allergies & Reactions

While our products use natural, gentle ingredients, individual reactions can occur. If you experience irritation:

  • Discontinue use immediately
  • Contact us within 7 days of first use with your order number
  • We'll work with you on a case-by-case basis — we're committed to making things right

This is why we always recommend a patch test on new products before regular use.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order any time before it ships. Once it ships (typically 1–2 business days), it falls under the standard return policy. Email us as soon as possible to cancel.

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return the original (per the policy above) and place a new order.
