Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states and US territories. International shipping is not yet available, but we hope to expand soon.

For international inquiries, WhatsApp Shelly directly — sometimes we can accommodate special arrangements.

Shipping Costs

  • Orders over $50: FREE shipping
  • Orders under $50: Flat $6.95 shipping (calculated at checkout)

Processing Time

Because every product is hand-poured by Shelly herself, please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed and packed before it ships. Larger orders or sets may take an extra day.

Orders placed Friday afternoon, weekends, or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship via USPS Priority Mail, which typically arrives in 3–5 business days within the continental US. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may take 5–10 business days.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your USPS tracking number. You can track your package directly on usps.com.

If you don't receive tracking info within 3 business days of ordering, please email us — sometimes confirmation emails land in spam.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once USPS marks your package as delivered, responsibility transfers to you. If a package is marked delivered but you didn't receive it:

  • Check with neighbors and your mailbox carefully
  • Contact your local USPS office to file a claim
  • Email us — we'll do everything we can to help, though we cannot replace packages confirmed as delivered

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please email a photo within 48 hours of delivery to info@shellygloskincare.com. We'll send a free replacement immediately.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
