All products are handcrafted in small batches in Maine. Because we use natural ingredients without synthetic stabilizers, slight variations in color, scent, and texture are normal and expected — they reflect the natural state of our ingredients, not a defect.
We strive to display products accurately, but actual product appearance may vary slightly from images on screen.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
We currently ship within the United States only. Most orders are shipped within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation via USPS, with typical delivery in 3–5 business days.
Free shipping on orders over $50. Below $50, a flat shipping fee applies (calculated at checkout).
Shipping risk transfers to the customer once the package is handed over to USPS. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Due to the personal-care nature of our products, we accept returns only for unused, unopened items in original packaging within 7 days of delivery. See our Returns Policy for full details.
